Working at Radical PR through various events made me want to go deeper into the role of project manager. It was an enriching experience from a PR perspective, but I wanted to be more involved in the creative and logistical process of a project as a whole.
What I found interesting in this new role is that it sits at the intersection of several areas from strategy and the creative process to production and final deliverables. I was also able to bring my previous experience by recommending influencer profiles for certain projects.
This new role allowed me to develop client relationships, very different from influence work as well as collaboration with internal teams.
Through this collaboration, I was able to see how Nike integrates strategy, creativity, and cultural insight into each project and how Yard plays a key role in connecting the brand with its community.
One of the first projects I joined as soon as I arrived, which marked a big change compared to my previous work experience. This transition allowed me to broaden my skills and gain a deeper understanding of how to manage a project on a larger scale.
In 2025, we developed a new influence strategy, centered around creative journeys co-designed with talents of the parisian eco-system (as Fifou, Nordine Ganso, Ganso, Pulse, PTSF & more).

Inspired by Tiny Desk concerts, this women-only concept highlights female artists from the LGBTQIA+ community through live performances during an intimate evening event. Each session welcomes a variety

Our projects with Hinge are strongly focused on campaigns and social activation. By connecting the brand with the festival, we explored the production side of working with the brand.
The idea was to create a space for exchange and calm within the festival. Proceeds from the event were donated to the LGBTQIA+ association Utopie.
