PROJECT
MANAGER

One of the biggest projects of 2025 was Yardland, a unique opportunity that went far beyond classic project management.

In addition to coordinating the overall production, I was able to reconnect with my previous PR experience by scouting talents from the Parisian ecosystem while also opening the circle to international profiles from the UK and US.

What makes Yardland special is the creative freedom given to each actor: as project manager, I wasn’t only overseeing logistics, but also contributing a creative perspective. The goal was for each participant to be fully independent in their space and to bring any idea to life.
